Shipping and Returns

ORDERS

Each item is handmade. Production begins once your order has been paid in full. Please allow up to two weeks after your purchase to receive an e-mail with your shipping information and tracking number. In the case of a pre-order, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of purchase, and the remainder charged once your item begins production. 

 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

We welcome custom orders! Do you want a bicolor handbag? Tricolor? Please contact hello@camillealbertine.com to open a design discussion. If you want a color that is not on our website, a price adjustment might be made to reflect extra fabric costs. 

 

 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Manhattan, New York. Domestic and international orders are carried by USPS and provided with a tracking number and insurance. The recipient is responsible for any incurred, international duties and taxes. Domestic and international transit times vary; please refer to your tracking number for up-to-date information. We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. The responsibility for any loss or damages, once the package is shipped, lies with the carrier. In this unlikely scenario, you will be provided with all the information necessary to file a claim.
